Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO and Treasury Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury modules (TRM) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting finance and treasury solutions aligned with business needs

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO and Treasury with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• In-depth experience in Treasury functionalities such as:
• Cash Management and Forecasting
• Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
• Bank Communication and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
• Experience in writing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements related to Finance and Treasury processes and translate them into SAP system solutions.
• Implement and support SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting).
• Configure and support SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Risk Management, In-House Cash, and Bank Communication Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to drive end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee testing and user training.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Good understanding on Group cash sweepings functionalities.
• Integrate FICO and Treasury solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HCM) and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning in a live SAP environment.
• Good understanding on Trading platform integrations and bank integrations on various products and required good functional knowledge on most of the products.
• Good Treasury accounting knowledge as per the IFRS standards.
• Support daily operations, including monitoring of treasury transactions, interfaces, and data flows.
• Familiarity with SWIFT formats, electronic bank statements (EBS), and payment formats (MT, ISO20022).
• Knowledge of tools like SAP FSCM, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or third-party payment engines is a plus.
• Knowledge on Data feed integration with third parties like Bloomberg, Refinitiv...etc.
• Good knowledge on Deals workflow process and proper understanding on workflow requirements
