Freelance Video Editor – Instagram Ads

Job Description

The primary objective is to drive product-page traffic and online conversions, while also building brand recognition and fostering an emotional connection with the scent. The position requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital marketing, and the nuances of social media advertising.

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into multiple vertical (9:16) ad creatives optimized for Instagram.
• Develop a variety of ad variations to support A/B testing, focusing on different hooks, angles, and formats.
• Incorporate motion design elements to enhance visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and convey the desired emotional association.
• Prepare final deliverables in formats compatible with Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and refine ad creatives based on performance data.

• Proven experience in video editing and motion design for social media advertising, particularly Instagram and Meta platforms.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-converting ad creatives for e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing principles and performance-driven creative strategies.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for remote, project-based work.
