KILONEWTONS is looking for a detail-oriented store keeper to manage inventory, ensure efficient stock control, and maintain warehouse operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.

• Manage inventory: receive, inspect, and record incoming/outgoing stock.
• Maintain accurate records: track stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Conduct regular audits: perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse organization: proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (first-in-first-out) compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics: ensure timely replenishment and dispatch.
• Handle documentation: prepare GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
• Maintain safety standards: follow company policies for warehouse safety and hygiene.

• Inventory management: stock control, warehousing best practices.
• Software proficiency: SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, MS Excel (advanced).
• Forklift certification (preferred): for handling heavy goods.
• Attention to detail: accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift and move stock as needed.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset for discrepancy resolution.
