Job overview
KILONEWTONS is looking for a detail-oriented store keeper to manage inventory, ensure efficient stock control, and maintain warehouse operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.
Key responsibilities- Manage inventory: receive, inspect, and record incoming/outgoing stock.
- Maintain accurate records: track stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Conduct regular audits: perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure warehouse organization: proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (first-in-first-out) compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics: ensure timely replenishment and dispatch.
- Handle documentation: prepare GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
- Maintain safety standards: follow company policies for warehouse safety and hygiene.
- Inventory management: stock control, warehousing best practices.
- Software proficiency: SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, MS Excel (advanced).
- Forklift certification (preferred): for handling heavy goods.
- Attention to detail: accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift and move stock as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset for discrepancy resolution.
