Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales representative role at the ISA Bullion Dubai offices. The Sales Representative will conduct sales, build client relationships, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.- Managing inbound client leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Building relationships and supporting clients through onboarding and follow-ups
- Maintaining CRM records and assisting with reporting and admin
- Assisting with content creation, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Contributing to basic graphic design, writing, or SEO optimisation
- Supporting other departments when necessary
- 2+ years in sales, client-facing, or customer service roles
- Previous sales experience in the financial industry is beneficial
- Experience in meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Confident phone presence and a proactive, positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp, MS Office, and G Suite
- Basic knowledge of SEO, graphic design, or social media tools is highly preferred
- Familiarity with WordPress, Canva and other software is a bonus
- Fluent in English (Multilingual is a plus)
- Based in Dubai and available to start immediately
