ATI is looking for a full-time SITE ARCHITECT to join its projects in Dubai.

The Role
As a Site Architect, you will assume responsibility for the architectural and ID construction administration and quality control of mid-scale to large and challenging projects. You should be well organized and experienced, and exhibit excellent communication, technical and leadership skills to ensure successful coordination and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate site activities through all stages of construction, including developing and resolving architectural and interior details, quality control, and progress monitoring in addition to assisting pro-active management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and clients.
- Oversee the development and implementation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Communicate with team members and wider stakeholders to ensure all work is successfully completed on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of procedures, standards, and policies.
- Review all architectural-related contactor submissions.
- Respond to RFIs and conduct site inspections.
- Understand the client and statutory requirements and ensure project compliance.
- Work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor and preferably Post Graduate Degree in Architecture.
- 8+ Years experience within a high-profile design consultancy; in the design and delivery of complex projects covering a variety of typologies from medium to large scale. (preferably to include high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings)
- 3+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the UAE.
- Accreditation from a recognized international body is preferred. (AIA / RIBA)
- LEED AP or USGBC Guiding Principles certification is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software suite including REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360 & AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of authority requirements, codes, and best practices.
- Good working and up to date knowledge of UAE regulations, materials, suppliers, and construction practices and details in UAE.
- Excellent construction problem solving and design capabilities.
- Be familiar with CSI specification format, and standard submission and inspection procedures.
- Demonstrate a high degree of time management skills and constantly seek to streamline processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency.
- Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities, and other stakeholders.
