Real Estate Agent Role Requirements:

• Business generation by the way of proactive outbound calling
• Conducting market appraisals for new listings
• Keeping up to date with market trends
• Managing property listings through company's CRM
• Qualifying leads and arranging viewings
• Representing as the negotiator between parties to come to suitable outcomes
• Keeping accurate and up to date records of listings, clients, owners and landlords
• Keeping in regular contact with clients to build strong relationships ensuring trust and transparency

What you will need:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively to achieve a desired outcome
• A proactive and energetic work ethic
• To be presentable as smart business attire is required at all times
• Strong networking skills
• A Driving License
