Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction phase of our oil and gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the oil and gas industry and a proven ability to lead large-scale projects to successful completion.

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and present construction progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, (preferably Mechanical)or a related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management within the oil and gas EPC industry, including minimum 5 years in GCC region
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in similar position for international Oil and Gas projects.
