Job description / Role

Employment: Temporary

As a Mystery Shopper for Helion Market Research, you will visit assigned stores or service locations and evaluate the quality of service, product range, and overall customer experience.

Your tasks will include:

Visiting specific stores or services and assessing the provided services, product assortment, and customer experience.
Providing detailed and objective feedback based on predefined criteria.
Completing reports accurately and on time.
Maintaining confidentiality and following company protocols.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to write clear and precise reports.
Strong communication skills in Arabic.
Flexibility to travel within your region.
Professional attitude and discretion.
Experience in customer service or market research is a plus, but not required.
