Our client is looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and grow its network of healthcare provider partners. The role is critical to ensuring partner satisfaction, re-engagement, onboarding, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage relationships with assigned clinics
Re-engage inactive clinics and complete pending onboardings
Facilitate onboarding and ensure clinic profiles go live
Drive feature adoption and platform usage
Customize platform benefits based on clinic specialty
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Collect feedback to inform product development
Manage partner communication during major changes
Report weekly updates and coordinate across teams
Use network to generate leads and referrals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or related fields
3+ years in account management or sales (preferably healthcare or SaaS)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiar with CRM tools
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
UAE-based and willing to travel locally
