Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate all laboratory operations (chemical, microbiological, and environmental sections) to ensure efficient performance, compliance with company quality policies, and timely delivery of accurate and reliable reports.
• Lead laboratory management functions including budgeting, invoice and inventory reporting, purchase approvals, resource planning (manpower and technical requirements), and business performance analysis to support commercial objectives
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards by monitoring corrective actions (NCRs), supervising internal audits, verifying reports and SOPs, and supporting the QA Manager in maintaining and expanding the laboratory scope.
• Drive continuous improvement through customer satisfaction monitoring, complaint resolution, management review meetings, goal setting, and coordination with business development to promote laboratory services and enhance overall performance

Qualifications:

• Must have FSMS/HACCP and ISO certifications
• Must have experience in coordinating with Sales/BD to market the product and promotion
• Proven experience as Laboratory Manager within the same industry or related field such as Testing, Chemicals, Environmental, Microbial
