Community Manager (Brokers community)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and community-driven Community & Event Manager who will take full ownership of our events calendar, grow engagement in our WhatsApp community, and elevate our social presence.

This position is a mix of community management (WhatsApp) and event production, with a strong emphasis on weekly offline events in Dubai. You will manage and warm up an active community of 1,150+ real estate professionals, organize events and introduce new formats.

You'll be the person who keeps the community alive, brings people to events, and ensures every event is a success.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize weekly events every Saturday with full ownership from concept to execution
• Search and recruit speakers from within the community (barter-based collaborations, no speaker budgets)
• Manage and grow our WhatsApp community of 1,150+ members (brokers & real estate professionals)
• Drive engagement: daily warm-up, content suggestions, prompts, discussions
• Post event announcements, updates, expert materials, analytics, useful tools
• Collaborate closely with the SMM team to promote events through social channels
• Be present at events and actively interact with the community
• Bring new members to the community and drive overall growth & loyalty

• Experience in event management
• Community management experience in UAE is a plus
• Highly proactive, fast-thinking, resourceful person who takes ownership
• Strong communication skills; ability to warm up the chat and engage people
• Fluent English
• Interest in real estate (industry experience is a plus but not required)
