Solutions Architect | Abu Dhabi | up to AED 65k / month
La Fosse have partnered with a leading organisation delivering large-scale, production-grade AI platforms across the UAE, focused on real-world deployment of Generative AI, agentic AI and advanced data systems at enterprise scale.
This is a unique opportunity to work on complex AI environments, designing and scaling solutions that move beyond experimentation into fully operational systems.
The Role
You will operate as a Senior Solutions Architect, designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions with a focus on GenAI, RAG and agentic AI within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design enterprise AI architecture across GenAI, data platforms and ML
- Build RAG systems, LLM integrations and agentic AI workflows
- Define architecture standards and contribute to governance frameworks
- Embed security, Zero Trust and data governance into designs
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- 10+ years in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG and LLM-based systems
- Strong cloud experience, ideally Azure
- Experience with modern data platforms, streaming and governance
- Background in regulated environments (government, banking, healthcare, energy)
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks
- Exposure to AI governance and compliance
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
