We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the setup and day-to-day operations of a newly established entity in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building HR processes from the ground up.

Description- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including leave management, contract preparation, and compliance tracking.
- Liaise with government entities and external vendors as needed.
- Join a new entity at its inception and contribute to shaping its HR operations and culture.
- Gain exposure to strategic HR functions while working closely with senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR administration experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government processes.
