Job Title: Project Sales Manager

Luxury Furniture - Projects

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end management of luxury furniture sales for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. Responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing tailored proposals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from design to installation.

This role requires a strong understanding of furniture solutions, project sales cycles, and client servicing at a premium level, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results and exceed business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and industry partners, achieve sales targets, prepare proposals, and lead deal negotiations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the main client contact, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and provide expert furniture consultation.
  • Project Management: Oversee project execution from design to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets with a focus on cost control and profitability.
  • Market Research and Trends: Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Post-Sales Support: Address post-installation issues promptly and manage warranty claims.

Technical Competencies:

  • Expertise in managing full sales cycles for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes.
  • Ability to read floor plans and BOQs.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems for sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Skilled in preparing competitive project quotations and managing margins.
  • Familiar with logistics, installation schedules, and supplier management.
  • Ability to monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Must have strong background in Interior Design and Architectural skills is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 57 years of proven experience in luxury furniture, FF&E, interior fit-out, or high-end project sales.
  • Strong network of contacts within the interior design, architectural, and real estate development sectors in the UAE/GCC.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value projects.
  • Expertise in project management from design consultation to final delivery and installation.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales closing, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of furniture materials, specifications, and production processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
