We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager- Commercial & Contracts - Facility Management for one of our clients which is a leading company in Facilities Management Services.
The role is reporting to the Director BD and will be assigned responsibility for managing the day-to-day BD commercial activities, across the UAE. The Assistant Manager- Commercial & Contracts supports all aspects of the business development lifecycle from pricing through commercial finalisations by supporting specific pursuits and maintaining the infrastructure of company's business.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Facilities Services or Construction
- Excellent knowledge of contracts costing and pricing
- Knowledge in Business development
- Excellent MS Office particularly excel proficiency
