Finance Manager – Real Estate Developer | UAE
Salary: AED 35,000 - 40,000 per month + Package (Bonus, Flights etc)Location: Dubai, UAE

We are supporting a privately owned real estate developer in the UAE that is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. With several new developments underway, the business is strengthening its financial leadership to support ongoing growth and project delivery.
Candidates must have experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE.
(Real estate investment, brokerage or construction-only backgrounds will not be considered.)
About the Role
This role will oversee core financial operations, project finance, reporting, and budgeting across multiple development projects. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to support informed decision-making, ensure financial compliance, and strengthen internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and cashflow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all development projects.
- Oversee project finance, cost monitoring, and financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, auditing requirements, and internal controls.
- Work closely with project, commercial, and development teams to ensure financial alignment.
- Support senior leadership with financial analysis, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Must have finance experience within a UAE real estate development company (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of development cashflow, project financing, and revenue recognition.
- 10 years experience in finance, with at least 3+ years in real estate development.
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to support commercial decision-making.
- Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
