Manager - Construction (Offshore -WHTs, Yard Fabrication)

Job Description

Penspen is urgently looking for Manager - Construction (Offshore - WHTs, Yard Fabrication) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

• The candidates should have an Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)

• Manage offshore construction projects from concept through execution, including wellhead towers (WHTs), Yard Fabrication and brownfield modifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.
• Interface with mechanical, electrical, structural, and marine disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Deep understanding of WHTs, subsea infrastructure, piping systems, and brownfield tie-ins.
• Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.

• Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in offshore projects.
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in Offshore Wellhead Tower & Yard Fabrication,
• Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
• Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
