What you'll be making an impact with:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Team up to brainstorm big ideas and roll out integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Keep everything on-brand, on-point, and aligned with what our audience loves.
- Own the essentials: from website content and partner placements to OOH, in-mall branding, and in-store.
- Do store visits to make sure everything is picture perfect on ground and brand right.
- Coordinate with the creative team, agencies, various departments and the rest of the marketing squad to deliver on time.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables like a pro.
- Track campaign metrics and serve up data-driven insights that helps us level up every time.
- Help plan and implement in-store POS products for all tactical promotions.
- Make sure our brand voice stays consistent loud, clear, and fun!
- Support content shoots and video production to keep the content library fresh and exciting!
- Help bring our store openings, mall takeovers, and special events to life.
- Participate in budget planning to ensure we've used our marketing resources i
- Own the details from branding and logistics to post-event recaps (we love a good debrief as much as we love planning it)
- Work hand-in-hand with our social media agency to boost brand love, footfall, and brand buzz
- Ideate engaging and strong content ideas that our audience can't scroll past.
- Assist in monitoring of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube ads etc.).
- Work closely with our creative, content, and brand teams to deliver the best digital experiences possible.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve and keep an eye out for emerging social media trends, tools and strategies.
Skills we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience ideally in the family entertainment industry and GCC experience preferred.
- Knowledge of digital trends, SEO, and social media.
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools.
- Comfortable using marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ad Manager
- CRM-savvy and familiar with automation tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
