Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Team Leader to drive sales success by leading and motivating a team of real estate agents. This role involves strategy development, performance management, and hands-on support to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Train, and mentor real estate agents to build a high-performing team.

Conduct regular team meetings and individual coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.

Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring accountability.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Provide guidance on client acquisition, and closing techniques.

Stay informed about market trends, local competition, and new opportunities.

Track team performance metrics, including sales volume, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Support agents in negotiating deals, handling complex transactions, and resolving client concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Work closely with management to align sales team efforts with company goals.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promote listings effectively.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and ethical standards.
