Our client, a leading infrastructure contractor in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join their team on a major tunnelling project.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure works in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Track project expenditures and identify potential risks or savings opportunities
- Collaborate closely with project teams, planners, and commercial departments
- Support financial decision-making through accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller within infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roads and/or tunnelling projects (essential)
- Solid understanding of cost management systems and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in the Middle East is advantageous
