We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales in business development. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through innovative sales strategies and strong client relationships.The Sales Manager will develop effective sales initiatives and collaborate closely with other departments to align strategies and maximize business opportunities. This position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative sales plans and strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and establish competitive tactics to capture emerging opportunities.
- Identify new market segments, build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and drive business growth.
- Manage and nurture long-term partnerships, addressing client queries and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales campaigns and enhance overall customer experience.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives that contribute to broader business development goals.
- Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sales target setting.
- Review expenditures and implement cost-effective measures to boost profitability.
- Gather comprehensive market intelligence to understand competitive dynamics and refine the organization's value proposition.
- Engage in continuous learning to bring innovative practices and industry benchmarks into the sales planning process.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and ensure continuous improvement of solution offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management or business development roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- High technology services sales experience (mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven record in generating and closing leads.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and sales execution, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market data.
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into strategies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ability to build and sustain robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
