Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and commission smart home systems, including lighting, climate control, security, AV, and networking.
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate customer requirements for home automation solutions.
- Program and integrate devices using industry-standard protocols (Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems or devices on-site or remotely.
- Coordinate with electricians, builders, and other contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide end-user training and support on installed systems.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and service calls.
- Stay current with new smart home technologies and trends.
- Technical diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in smart home installation, automation systems, or low-voltage electrical work.
- Familiarity with smart home platforms such as Control4, Crestron, KNX, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
