Role Purpose

The role holder is part of EMAARs Graduate Trainee Program for UAE Nationals, designed to develop future Emirati talent through structured training, cross-functional exposure, and real-time project experience. The trainee will be assigned to departments that align with their academic background or interests to gain foundational business knowledge, build key professional skills, and contribute to department-level activities and subsides creative ideas.

• Participate in operations and learn key business processes, systems, and tools
• Support daily administrative, analytical, and operational tasks
• Contribute to ongoing projects under supervisor or mentor guidance
• Learning & Development
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and development modules
• Rotate across functions (if applicable) for broader exposure
• Build a personalized Individual Development Plan (IDP) with goals and success criteria
• Maintain records of tasks, progress, and learning reflection
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and adaptability
• Proactively seek learning opportunities and understand systems
• Plan and complete tasks within timelines and quality expectations
• Apply feedback to improve performance and grow professionally
• Show attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all work
• Maintain organization and confidentiality at all times
• Build self-awareness through regular reflection
• Own personal development and take part in evaluations

Qualifications

Recent UAE National graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, or related fields
