Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate) to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team.
- B2B Sales experience is must.
- Real Estate experience is must.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 24 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
