Job Description
Responsibilities- Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic HR plans aligned to business priorities.
- Supporting organisational development initiatives, workforce planning, and people transformation activities.
- Providing HR guidance and practical solutions to managers on people-related matters, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Supporting change management initiatives and helping leaders navigate organisational and cultural change.
- Using people insights, trends, and data to support recommendations and improve business outcomes.
- Supporting talent and succession planning activities to strengthen future workforce capability.
- Working closely with leaders to enhance performance culture and align people objectives with business goals.
- Supporting employee experience initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities.
- Leading and contributing to HR projects, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders while acting as a trusted HR partner and advisor.
Qualifications
We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-focused HR professional with strong business partnering capability and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 7 years experience within HR Business Partnering in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience supporting initiatives related to organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence business leaders.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align people solutions to business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to interpret people data and trends.
- Collaborative approach with strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.
