Job Description:
We are seeking a Personal Assistant for the CEO of our prestigious company based in Dubai. The selected candidate will support the CEO in managing daily administrative and organizational activities, facilitating communication between the CEO and various internal and external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations;
Handle correspondence in Arabic, English, and Italian;
Facilitate internal and external communications, managing calls, emails, and messages;
Organize logistical aspects of corporate travel and meetings;
Provide general administrative support and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in Arabic, English, and Italian languages (written and spoken);Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to multitask and work independently;
Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
Discretion, professionalism, and absolute reliability;
Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.
