Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant based in Dhaka. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in operations management. Key duties include maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing operational data, and providing exceptional customer service to support the organization's mission.

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to support organizational processes and ensure efficiency.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and assist in informed decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive experience for all clients and partners.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in operations, recruitment, or a similar role is a plus.
