Russian Speaker - Senior Architect

Job Description

• Responsible for initial concept design and development of detailed design drawings and ensuring accuracy of works at site, right up to construction stage.
• Create a proper communication system for outsourced jobs.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules for projects.
• EMAAR/ DDA and relevant authorities submissions and approvals.
• Co-ordinate with services/ structure and ID to achieve the intended design.
• Solve site related problems (Like clashes etc.) for smooth functioning at the time of construction. This includes sites that are currently under construction. This has to be done in co-ordination with all relevant departments like structure/ MEP/ Interior etc.
• Maintain proper communication with the client and present/ finalize designs to their satisfaction.
• Maintain and communicate the entire lifecycle of the design for historical evaluation.
• Evaluate and report man hours spent on the project on a weekly basis.

• Architecture Graduate
• Fluent in Russian (Spoken & written)
• Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
• Minimum 5 years Experience. However, having Dubai Experience is an advantage.
• With high rise building design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Software
