PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Brooki is a growing brand known for delivering premium-quality cookies, desserts, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service standards.

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to create a positive customer experience and support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise daily restaurant/store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant/store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and workforce planning.
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high-quality presentation and consistency of products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or food service operations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
