Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
Support the Finance Department in the Day to Day duties.Full Cycle Bookkeeping.
Handle all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing.
Maintain accurate, updated and secured accounting records.
Assist in completing end of year accounting activities.
Assist auditors in their annual audit review as per instruction by seniors.
Filing Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Accurately perform data entry to produce and maintain logs and track documentation as required.
Follow Veolia rules, Procedures and Work instructions.
Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional manner.
Keep financial information confidential.
Coordinate with Veolia employees to achieve the required tasks.
Diligently perform any other reasonable work or related tasks at the request of his/her manager.
Report all relevant information to the Line Manager promptly and accurately.
Ensure effective, accurate and prompt communication with all other departments, clients, suppliers and Veolia teams.
Requirements:

Hold a relevant educational qualification from a well recognized and reputable academic institution fit for the required job function.
At least 3 years of relevant experience and preferably in an industrial environment.
