Job Overview: As a Marketing Planning Senior Executive at Miral Destinations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Brand Performance in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital media and biddable/programmatic media activations.You will work closely with the media agency to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Performance to develop marketing plans and campaigns for the assigned region/market, aligning with annual marketing objectives.
- Assist in the management of marketing campaign rollouts, including both brand awareness and tactical campaigns, ensuring adherence to quality, cost parameters, and timelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact with the media agency for campaign planning and activation and maintain daily communication with agency performance marketing teams.
- Plan and execute A/B testing, providing well-founded rationale, and present findings to the broader marketing team.
- Respond to marketing briefs by creating media plans and rationales that support marketing objectives.
- Assist in the distribution of social media content on various platforms.
- Manage in-house media buying operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media planning, marketing or performance marketing.
- Media agency experience is an advantage.
- Current digital marketing certifications are preferred.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of SEM, biddable, and programmatic campaign strategies, media buying, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, GA 360, DV60, and Google Analytics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Effective management and optimization of marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Creative Thinking: Contributing innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: Handling multiple campaigns with strong project management skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working collaboratively across teams for integrated marketing efforts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective team interaction.
