We are a dynamic recruitment agency committed to connecting top talent with leading employers across various industries. We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing team and support our business development and candidate outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce our services.
• Engage in persuasive conversations with clients to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources, such as email campaigns, web forms, or referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide product information and solutions based on customer needs.
• Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Keep track of call outcomes, schedules, and follow-up actions.
• Stay informed about the company’s products or services and communicate their benefits effectively to customers.
• Participate in training and meetings to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or objections in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, telesales representative, or sales role.
• 2 Years of Dubai Experience Must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools is an advantage.
