HR BP Manager

Employment: Full Time
Job Purpose:To be a member of the HR Department Senior Management Team and contribute to the development of the corporate HR function. The role involves advising, supporting, and managing the people of the assigned Divisions. In conjunction with Group HR Manager, the role would require to be a professional lead for Corporate Organizational Development.
Core Responsibilities:- Supports Divisional and Departmental management teams in discussions covering HR issues and transfers best practices taking leadership in the people management area
- Supports change management projects and HR related internal and external communication
- Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
- Acts as a single point of the contact for HR with the employees and managers in assigned Divisions and Departments
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects
- Builds a strong business relationship with key assigned Divisions and Departments Managers
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Manages the assigned Divisions and Departments Workforce plans
- Is involved in supporting the recruitment process
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Ensures the timely provision of HR information for performance management assigned Divisions and Departments
- Supports succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Challenges the organizational structure of the assigned Divisions and Departments and proposes changes
- As a member of the Senior Management HR Team supports the development of the HR function
- Supports the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Supports and contributes to corporate performance improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class benchmarks in all key areas of personnel practice and HR including performance management, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and organizational development
- Supports and contributes to develop systems and processes for monitoring HR performance
- Provides specialized support on assigned Organizational Development issues
- Custodian of policies, introduction of processes, products and services that enable Al Masaood to unleash the full potential of our people (engagement tools, performance systems, compensation & benefits, leadership assessment & development, succession, training development & delivery and HRMIS)
- Empower Leaders & employees and to build an engaged and productive, high-performance culture
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure only highly skilled and driven people are identified and recruited into the organization
- Facilitate effective internal communication between Corporate Support functions and BU’s
- Development & Delivery of a HR Roadmap for assigned Divisions
- Roll out of Performance Management, Training & Development, Recruitment & Onboarding, Succession, reward and recognition, HRMIS and revised policy framework within the Divisions
Requirements:
Background & Experience:- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 8 years’ professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in similar HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience of significant aspects of Organizational Development including Training and Development, Leadership Development and Management Development
- MS Office advanced skills

Salary: AED 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
