Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage culinary teams, maintain food cost controls, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all kitchen operations and culinary staff.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and international cuisine.
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Food Safety certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
