BIM Coordinator (Architect)

Job Description

You will work closely with project teams to ensure BIM models are created and maintained according to project requirements and industry standards.

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes and standards for architecture projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are created and maintained according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain BIM project templates, libraries, and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM processes and standards are understood and followed.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the architecture industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. (LOD 200/300 Digital Delivery)
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Experience with BIM project setup, coordination, and clash detection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is an asset.
