Client Servicing Executive – Promotional Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our promotional marketing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales enquiries, understanding requirements, sourcing promotional products and services, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless delivery.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the promotional marketing items category.
- Generate and follow up on sales enquiries to support business growth.
- Understand client requirements and provide the most suitable promotional products and services.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for procurement of marketing merchandise.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare reports and updates on client servicing activities and project outcomes.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- — candidates from premier universities will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or account management, preferably in promotional products or marketing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of promotional merchandise, corporate gifting, and marketing collateral is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage both client accounts and vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design and presentation tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva.
Salary: AED 3,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
