Salary Dhs: 4,000 to 5,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers at our mattress retail showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing products effectively, and driving sales while maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and explain the features, benefits, and differences of various mattress types (memory foam, spring, hybrid, etc.).
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail/sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
