Currently we are hiring for below role:
HSE Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi SiteIndustry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential
Middle East Experience is required
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Monitor and report on daily contractor activities to ensure SH&E standards are met✔ Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings through site reporting tools
✔ Support in identifying risks, unsafe conditions, and help implement corrective actions
✔ Assist with incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records
✔ Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project safety plans
✔ Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices among site staff
✔ Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to support safe execution of works
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (required)
- 5 years of hands-on HSE coordination experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
- Solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction site safety practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
- Analytical mindset with a practical, problem-solving attitude
- Bonus If You Have:
✅ HSE software/reporting tool proficiency
✅ Additional safety or environmental certifications
