Technical Consultant
Job Scope
The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related Servers, Storage, backup, virtualization with installation & Configuration . S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Implement and configure solutions across servers, storage, backup, and virtualization environments
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide post-implementation support and stabilization, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and performance challenges
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Contribute to system upgrades, optimizations, and continuous improvements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Deliver technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, maintaining a strong professional presence with clients
Position Requirements
Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- - 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Consultant / Systems Engineer / Implementation role
- Hands-on experience in:
- Servers & Compute Infrastructure
- Storage Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
