Senior Commercial Analyst

Charterhouse are working with an ambitious and growing business in the Commodity Trading space in DMCC. As they grow, they have identified the need to hire a number of Economic Analysts who would be responsible for monitoring oil and petroleum product transactions.
The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the management and control of all transactions. This will include maintaining transaction records, calculating associated costs and preparing P&L reports.
The Commercial Analyst will be working with large volumes of data and will have to ensure accuracy of calculations, timely reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and analyse each deal.
The Analyst team would support the department head and other departments by providing in depth economic analysis to support decision making processes and trades internationally.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should come from an Oil & Gas background, or at least some sort of commodity trading firm. The candidate will be considered for this role if they have the industry experience, combined with the ability to work with large data sets and strong analytical skills.
Due to the nature of the trading business, it would be an advantage for the Commercial Analyst to be Russian speaking, and have an expertise in oil product transactions.
