Dealing Specialist – Trading Operations

About the Job:
We are seeking a Dealing Specialist to join our Trading Operations team on a leading crypto exchange platform. The successful candidate will support the daily trading activity of the exchange, focusing on order flow monitoring, trade verification, reconciliations, and coordination with the dealing lead.This role is key to ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant trading operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor active markets and review order flows.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity across trading pairs and report any issues to the dealing lead.
- Conduct daily trade checks and verify executed orders.
- Support reconciliation between trade data and system-generated reports.
- Assist market makers during market events and support liquidity monitoring.
- Escalate unusual trading patterns or anomalies to compliance and risk teams.
- Prepare daily dealing logs, operational reports, and dashboards.
- Assist during incidents and contribute to restoring normal trading operations.
- Support new token listings and perform operational readiness tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a crypto exchange or brokerage trading desk.
- Solid understanding of order books, execution flows, and market-making basics.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, trade logs, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and clear, concise communication.
- Knowledge of liquidity behavior and trading operations.
