Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive for a leading real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into clients for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-generated leads.
• Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (off-plan and ready) via phone.
• Build rapport with prospects and understand their property needs and investment preferences.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and call outcomes.
• Follow up regularly with interested clients and ensure high conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Handle objections professionally and provide clear information to potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (experience in real estate is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong persuasive skills and confident telephone etiquette.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
