A leading global digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to drive a high-impact finance and data transformation, working closely with senior finance leadership to align strategy with delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience delivering complex finance or data programmes in Agile environments and must be available within 4 weeks.
Description- Own end-to-end delivery of complex finance and data transformation programmes
- Work closely with the CFO, VP of Finance, and senior stakeholders to align on strategic objectives
- Act as the bridge between Finance and Data Engineering teams
- Manage Agile/hybrid delivery, governance, risk, and budgets
- Translate finance processes and reporting needs into scalable technical solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams, including finance SMEs, product owners, and engineers
- Strategic leadership role with CFO-level visibility

Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale finance or data transformation programmes
- Strong experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies in enterprise settings
- Proven understanding of financial operations, data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Must be available to start within 4 weeks
