Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate team-building activities, travel trade partnerships, and corporate events. This role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to secure group bookings, event packages, and corporate partnerships.The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of corporate sales, event planning, and the travel trade market.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales & Events:
- Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for events, team-building activities, group bookings, and exclusive experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the corporate events and team-building sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitch presentations that highlight the value of the venues offerings for corporate events.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the operations and events teams to ensure flawless execution of corporate events, from planning to post-event follow-up.
Customer Relationship & Marketing Support:
- Oversee and optimize CRM strategies to ensure accurate data capture, segmentation, and targeted communication.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and engagement.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer loyalty, upsell opportunities, and repeat business from corporate clients and travel trade partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to create B2B materials, promotional offers, and trade communications tailored to corporate and travel trade audiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the theme park or entertainment industry.
- Strong network of corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and other business-related activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing large-scale corporate events and group bookings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales management tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
