Project Delivery Manager - Real Estate

Job Description

Our client, a real estate development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking to appoint a Project Delivery Manager to manage its massive portfolio.

Job Scope:

Assist in managing development projects, taking responsibility for sections, phases, or overall end-to-end service delivery. Also, to act as the key, day-to-day project interface, on-site with contractors and consultants.

The role involves handling projects of varying scale and value, depending on the complexity of the project, etc. Where the projects are of significant value and complexity, the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will be part of a larger project management team reporting to a Senior Project Manager and Associate Director.

Qualifications:

• Recognized qualifications in construction-related activity such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity and Building Surveying, Architecture, or Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
• Member of a recognized professional body such as RIBA, CIOB, RICS, ARB, or equivalent. (Optional)
• 5-10 years in a similar role, good communicator, client-facing, with the ability to either actively work as part of a team or to work as the team leader and inspire the team to success.
