Job Description
Rutherford is partnered with an elite multi-strategy hedge fund that are looking for their first compliance officer in Dubai. This hire will be standalone in Dubai and will support the EMEA team with compliance and regulatory requirements across the region.Direct report to the Chief Compliance Officer in London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert regulatory advice to portfolio managers, traders and sales teams.
- Manage day-to-day compliance monitoring tasks and trade compliance
- Support the EMEA team on upcoming regulatory projects
- Deliver compliance training to the wider business
- 7 - 12+ years of compliance experience from a hedge fund or buy-side firm
- Equities compliance experience is a must have.
- Ideally strong DFSA and FCA regulatory knowledge
