Property Relationship Manager (UAE National Only)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
• Act as the main point of contact for all property-related inquiries and concerns
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and service requests
• Coordinate with internal departments (leasing, maintenance, finance) to deliver seamless service
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
• Support leasing and property management operations when required
• Prepare reports related to client interactions and property performance

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
