Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, handling logistics documentation, tracking cargo movements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments
Communicate with clients, agents, transporters, and shipping lines
Prepare and manage shipping documents and operational records
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery processes
Ensure shipments are handled efficiently and on schedule
Resolve operational issues and shipment delays when required
Maintain accurate operational and customer records
Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred
Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems is an advantage
Fluency in English required
