As a Document Controller reporting into the Studio Manager, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects inspired by Studio 360 by Azizi, gaining valuable exposure to high-profile design and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include
  • Manage & maintain Department / Team / Project Documents, to be centralized, up to date and in retrieval form.
  • Assist Head of Department, Architects, Engineers and Consultants in scheduling, arranging appointments with Authorities and/or other stakeholders.
  • Assist in supporting and facilitating daily department operations.
  • Coordinating with other Departments, Staff in office, Project Sites and stakeholders for documents, processing of payments, statistics and reports.
  • Assist in monitoring of design submissions and prepare statistical, design submission, RFI's status report.
  • Preparation of Letters, Transmittal, Payment Request, Purchase Request, Internal memo etc.
  • Assist AOR/Consultant in submission of Design Documents & Drawings to Developer and/or Authorities.
  • Maintain all records of all incoming and outgoing documents in an organized accessible manner.
Here's what you'll need
  • Should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Certificate
  • Should have at least 8 years experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Excel, Word & PowerPoint production and formatting.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite/Acrobat PDF file management.

  • BIM 360/Aconex document management
