The primary function of this role is to achieve engineering business plans for Life Safety - Emergency Lighting Systems for UAE.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute Business & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the Business growth and expansion of products and or/ services through the application of advanced engineering methodologies and data-driven analysis. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region.
- Develop annual and long term action plans, designed to ensure that Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met by using technical engineering skillset.
- Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas.
- Prepare accurate and timely Business analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to Business results and forecasts.
- Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
- Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
- Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.
- Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products.
- Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
- Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
- To communicate and connect other Eaton divisions in order to support and deliver cross functioning within Eaton divisions in the assigned territory.
- Bachelor or Master Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
- 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical System in UAE
- Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Electrical products instrumentation knowledge
- PC literate
